Today we head out to Richmond Country Farms, where children walk the rows, take a hay ride, get lost in the maze, and choose a pumpkin to bring home. The afternoon moves indoors for pumpkin carving and roasting pumpkin seeds.
Kids come home tired, proud, and carrying a pumpkin.
Please pack: lunch, water bottle, rain boots, rain pants, and a rain jacket. The pumpkin patch gets wet and muddy, and this trip happens rain or shine. Pack two cloth bags with sturdy handles for the pumpkin-carrying, please!
