Cultivate your curiosity and get your hands dirty at our Green Thumbs Horticulturalist Camp, where we explore the incredible world of plants and ecosystems! This week is all about growth, from the soil up. Campers will spend time planting and nurturing their very own gardens, learning the science of what makes a landscape thrive. We’ll branch out with a trip to the Terra Nova Adventure Playground and Community Garden to see sustainable urban farming in action, followed by an inspiring stroll through the world-class collections at Van Dusen Botanical Garden. After exploring the wilder side of nature at the Richmond Nature Park, we’ll head to Watermania for a high-energy splash to celebrate a week of hard work and fresh air.
